Mrs. Richards: "So in Shakespeare, the sword was often used as a falic symbol."
Claire: "What does falic mean?"
Mrs. Richards: "It means....um...to represent....a...penis."
Me: "AHA! TEACHER SAID PENIS!"

"Man, the Darkness is so good." -Jocelyn

Mike: "What's an easy song to play on guitar?"
Me: "Seven Nation Army by the White Stripes."
Mike: "Ok! I'll play some WIDE STRIPES!"

Alright, so I get to school today, and I hear the song of the day, and it's A NO DOUBT SONG! I'm all estatic, and I obviously start to sing to myself, because Underneath it All is sooooo catchy. So break comes, and again! Song of the break is A NO DOUBT SONG! I'm like, wow, this is pretty cool. It's Ex-Girlfriend! Ok, so I get home and I'm thinking, wow, I really need to listen to some No Doubt. So for the past 3 hours I've done just that. I completely forgot what an outrageously good band they are. So here:

Best No Doubt Songs Ever (no particular order, except the first 2)
Big Distraction
That's Just Me
Bathwater
New
End It On This
Simple Kind of Life
Sunday Morning
Platinum Blonde Life
Snakes
Oi To The World (cover, but hey, it's still fabulous)
BND
Trapped In A Box
Doormat
Sometimes
Don't Let Me Down
Total Hate 95
Open The Gate

Oh God....soooooo many, I can't name them all. Let's just say you should go out and get AT LEAST one of their cd's. I reccomend either Beacon St. Collection or Return of Saturn, my 2 faves. Ok, I'm done gushing, later all.

I Still Love to Wash In Your Old Bathwater
