I know I already posted an entry today, but neither Cedric nor Jocelyn have been posting lately, so I have to make up for their laziness.

Right now I am just killing time before 6 because I'm expecting a rockin' phone call. And really, I can't think of anything better to do with my time.

Oh right, I suppose I should write about last night. Well again being bored for some other reasons, I got invited out by Darcy/Spencer/Zack, so I went again. It wasn't too bad. We watched Stand by Me (I can see why Jocelyn likes Corey Feldman so much), and some of Roadhouse, it was bitchin, but according to Darcy, they edited out the best part of Patrick Sawyze ripping out some guy's throat.

Other than that, we played Mario Party 6, and I got my ass handed to me. Which was lame.

Oh, and Darcy dropped his pants, which was funny.

"Addy's too cool to be a girl. She's like a very pretty man." -Frank being drunk

"Oh you'll see it, probably by the end of tonight." -Darcy talking about his wang, haha

"There's the parking Nazi." -Spencer (now SPENCER is the pretty man)

I was going to write about more of my fabulous adventures with Darcy, but I'm tired, and have to work tomorrow.

I suck at Mario Party.

Well I'm back! I know y'all couldn't survive without me. So we'll skip the whole cottage thing because it was HELLA boring, and get right to the good stuff.

Last night was pretty bitchin. Being bored stiff from the cottage, I had to get out as soon as we got home, and I decided that I could at least go to the field for some Travis-y fun. Well Spencer was there, so was Zack, and low and behold...DARCY was there. I was so happy, Darcy is this guy from Kitchener who I've met a couple of times, he's frigging hilairiously funny and super nice, I was all a flutter. I spent a couple hours hanging with these kids, and then the night drew to a close, and I was invited to go out to a parté with them, and I went.

Not much really happened at the party. I played James Bond with Darcy, and Jen was really drunk and called me Ally and Abby all night. I had a one man fan club as Zack called him, funny. I also out-drank Matt, awesome. There were a few funny lines from the evening.

"I CAN SEE YOUR ASS!" -Darcy every time I tried to take a shot when we were playing pool
"I am way too sober for this shit." -Zack
"Bye Scott, Bye Jeremy...Bye passed out couple on the couch." -Darcy

The best line of the evening was by far Darcy's "motto" for the night. Whenever anything happened, anything at all. Like:
-Me climbing on the pool table
-Me mixing drinks
-Zack giving me a drink
-Matt spilling beer everywhere
-Zack sitting next to me on the couch
-Jen falling everywhere
And Darcy would say..."you know I've seen pornos start out like this." It was gold.

Well that's about it. I'm going to go do...well...nothing. Later.

Excuse Me Mr.

This will be quick.

I'm leaving in about 3 hours to go up to my cottage until friday night. Good things = no work at all, and lots of swimming, sitting around, and playing board games with my drunken mom. Bad thing = a week away just adds to my worries. Addy shut up, you're so stupid, look on the bright side. Baka.

Yesterday was pretty good. I got to do a cool manga drawing for this community art book which turned out to be pretty bitchin. It was of a kick ass looking girl going through "the downward spiral" with all the song titles cleverly camouflaged into the background. I rock.

Also, Timmy gave me his old game boy colour and Donkey Kong, so that's a good thing for the car ride up north.

The highlight of my night was hanging out with Frank to the C. And of course the Jass man. And I guess that Rupoli cracker. It was a little scary, considering Frank choked TWICE in one night! I was so scared, Rupoli alomst killed Frank, what a douchebag. We went out for Taco Bell, which is a little gross, but still good I guess, considering I had Dr Pepper for the first time in months. Brings back memories though. Fuck you Addy shut up! Sorry.

That's aboot it. I have to go downtown and pay for my guitar, but I should probably get dressed first.

Oh, if you need a laugh while I'm Gone for the week, here:

I laughed so hard at that. Good old Maddox.

So yeah, have fun this week kiddies.

I really feel that I'm losing my best friend
I can't believe this could be the end.

"Doug, Here is your plywood.
With Love
Marvin." -Note I saw at work, I laughed a bit

Squirrely: "I think it's about time I give Addy a ride home, and I can go too...." *winks*
Marvin: "That was a terrible wink."

Nothing too exciting. Went to work and cleaned alot.

On the plus side, things are looking up! I also got a nice new guitar which is on it's way here now. Check it out. ----->

That's about it. I'm going to go watch the third Alien movie.

P.S. Squirrely is cute.

Derek: "I don't get it. All I ever say is hello and every female in the place wants me!"
Me: "Well it's quite simple Derek...you had them at hello."

Derek gets alls the ladies.

I found out that Tommy and Derek's new script that they're working on could (quite possibly) have ME IN IT! I'm excited, I'd love to see the way that they portray me, oh it'll be so good.

I also saw Tom G....which was nice, because Tom is nice, and is the only person I know who can call Dave "Hogie" without getting beaten up.

Me and Derek also went out for some after-paintball food, for the second consecutive time. It was good. We went to A&W and Derek danced to the music and made fun of me for losing my wallet in the parking lot. I heart Derek, and man the ladies are all up-ons him for sure.

Other than that....this post is mainly for TVR just because it seems he enjoys reading my blog. So here Travis....uh, enjoy?

I just spent about the past 2 hours going over my old posts, starting at November of '03. I realized that there are 3 (maybe even 4) people that came into my life then that I'm very thankful for, that changed the way I think about things, and introduced me into a new world of interests. I just wanted to say thanks to those guys.

There was also one thing that I read, that really really hit me, that sort of gave me a little bit of hope. It might not make alot of sense, but if the right person reads it, and remembers what it means, then maybe somethings will change for the better.

It's from last june.

"Three pink wheels and one black one..."

By the way, I still have that deck, and it's right here in front of me now actually. It's a reminder that out of all the bad times we had, only that one was worth a black wheel, maybe these times will only be a black wheel, and then we can move on.

I'm sorry to those people that this didn't apply to, who are probably very confused.

You Make This All Go Away.

I usually try not to blog when I'm crappy moods, because it always ends up just sounding like terrible whining, and like I have nothing better to do than vent my problems to the world, hoping someone will sympathize with me. I hate when people do that, so even though I'm in a terrible mood right now, I will try my hardest not to sound like that.

So I've figured out the most hurtful thing that you can ever do to anyone. Like if you REALLY want to get a message accross to someone that you don't like them at all, or if you're just sick of someone, here's what you do.

NOTHING.

You do nothing. You don't speak to them. You don't go near them. You don't look at them. You pretend they don't exist. Basically you just avoid them like the plague.

I've felt what it's like recently to be on the receiving end of this, it's terrible. It makes you feel like there's something wrong with you, and you deserve this awful treatment. I hate it, and I don't know what to do about it.

There. That's it. That's all the whining I'll do. Thanks for putting up with it.

Good Simspons episode tonight.
"This elevator only goes to the basement...and someone made an awful mess down there."
"Not the Harrier! We've got a war tomorrow!"

Good things that happened today.
  1. Went to work early and left early
  2. Paid for my iPod
  3. Went grocery shopping with mommy
  4. Played guitar
  5. Drew another comic
  6. Had greek pasta salad, mmmmmmm
  7. Had Boston Cream Pie as an early B-day celebration
  8. Rocked out

So now I'm sitting here listening to Lamb of God, w00t. Not much else to say, just wanted to tell people how awesome my day was. T-minus 3 days until my birthday! I can't wait!

But most importantly....

If you found that funny, you are awesome on so many levels.

Oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god. I'm sorry, this is frantic, but I just got home from Sounds of the Underground, and jebus was it ever good.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with SOTU, here's a rundown: 19 bands, 11 hours, one kick ass stage.....you can do the fun math.

So first few bands were good. A few to mention, the Red Chord and Devil Driver were both rockin. So then came Throwdown and Strapping Young Lad, both equally intense. Here's a sample:

Strapping Young Lad: "LET'S HEAR YOU GUYS MAKE SOME NOISE! COME ON TOTRONTO!!
*crowd cheers*
SYL: "SHUT UP! SHUT THE FUCK UP!"

So good. So then came MY highlights....Everytime I Die and Norma Jean!!! OH god it was so hot and sexy and I sang along and knew all the words and I touched both singers bums when they jumped in the crowd. Needless to say, awesome to the max. And they also both played my favourite songs!!! The only thing I was disapointed about was not hearing the Logic of Crocodiles, but still, AWESOME.

Then....oh goodness....you guessed it.....GWAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best.....stage show.....ever. First off, the band is up there in these thongs, with huge strap-ons and armor and masks and big rubber spikes, so right there, that's just too awesome. Also, every song, a new character would come out inthis wierd ongoing story, and the band would kill the character, and blood would spray out over the crowd from the usually decapitated body. All in all, I think that blood was continuously sprayed on the crowd for at least 15 minutes straight. SO AWESOME.

So then we watched Opeth, Stephen jazzed himself, that was that.

Then Poison the Well, and they actually played the one song I LOVE AND REMEMBERED. My lucky day

Then Lamb of God was just amazing, and that's all there is to it.

Now I might comment on this amazing event a little more later. But now I have to sleep.

Now you're doing the waltz with your murderer. (<----best moment in my memory from tonight)

I suck with quotes now. I can't think of anything.

So today was terribly uneventful. Worked, it was boring. Me and Spencer talked about funny things, and I listened t o him sing. That was about the extent of it.

So then after work Stephen and me went out for some food. We went to Wimpy's (delish), and then went out to Canadian Tire and Le Mall. I was finally able to pick up the new APC CD, which is AWESOME. Holy, such good covers, oh god. The cover of "The Fiddle and the Drum" has some of the best vocal harmony I've ever heard, I almost fainted. Go get it, listen to it. It rules.

So now I'm watching Live 8 on TV, it's pretty awesome, lots of good acts with good energy. I really liked watching Elton John and the Who esepecially. I think it's awesome that so many famous people managed to get together and actually do something great like that. Since poverty is something that's kinda been close to me, it's an awesome cause to support, in my own opinion. So do whatever you can to help out those in need.

This blog was lame, sorry.

Imagine no religion.
